Featured in 'Spanish Homes' magazine Casa Diana has a glorious panoramic view to the Mediterranean coast and mountains, set in over 1000sq meters of established garden provides privacy. Forget and beat the credit crunch!
A beautiful pool provides the heart of the holiday. At night sit in the Napa by the pool, become absorbed by the clear night sky, shooting stars and all. Help yourself to the lemons and olives that grow in the garden Barbecue and summer kitchen provide that Al Fresco ideal. Feel safe in the knowledge that the children are within view and easy reach. We chose Casa Diana because we have young children. Casa Diana's lounge area has views to the sea and mountains, we are members of the VRA the owners organisation whose aim us to provide re assurance. Easy access to mile after mile of blue flag beaches, 3 World Standard Golf Courses and plenty of family activities. Pop into classical but modern towns of Javea or Denia for retail therapy or excellent culture cafe.

Casa Diana is on a single floor, access is via a slight decline from the drive to the door. The Pool and Casa are on one level. The garden is accessed via several gated steps, Access to separate terrace from living room and bedrooms one and two.
We provide pool and beach toys at the beginning of the season free of charge. All we ask is that if lost or damaged please replace for the next guest.Beach towels not provided however to save luggage space contact the owners for details of Beach Towel rental.
Child’s cot and High chair provided FOC.
Your comments on additional requirements that are appropriate would be gratefully received. A welcome pack is included to make late arrival more palatable. Linen and bedding are included in the cost of the stay, if you require a mid stay change of towels and bedding please contact us for details. Cleaning charge included at end of stay. However we would ask that you leave Casa Diana as you would like to find it.

We provide 2 single beds in bedroom two. If you have any special requirements then please feel free to ask. We are more than happy to accommodate you if we can.
Please advise on booking. Cot and High Chair are also available free of charge. Bed linen not provided for cot.
Property available from 3pm on changeover, vacation required by 10 am on day of changeover.

Rental Rates Payment Terms. 25% deposit secures booking. A good housekeeping deposit of £100 is payable, and returned when Maria has stated all OK. (Normally same day of departure) Final Payment including good Housekeeping Deposit due 8 weeks prior to arrival. Payment by internet transfer or by cheque. If Booked in Euros, exchange rate as at date of payments falling due.

Two of the bedrooms have access to the terrace which faces the valley and Med, please specify if you have a preference for the bedrooms when your booking confirmation is sent.The Master bedroom (Bedroom one) and the 'single' beds in bedrom two have access to the Terrace.
