The casa is furnished and equipped to a very high standard with WiFi connection, Sky Freesat TV, DVD and VHS players and a music system.
The furnishings are contemporary and provide a real home from home. The upper floor is typically Spanish styled, with open plan living and very high beamed ceilings. The large sitting room is comfortably furnished with seating and dining for eight people.
The raised breakfast area is accessed through an archway, as is the fully fitted German kitchen. In addition to the usual large appliances; washer, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, electric oven and ceramic hob, there are several small electrical appliances including; coffee maker, bread-maker, paella/pizza pan, toaster and ice cream maker.
The three bedrooms have all have comfortable beds, modern glass fronted wardrobes and ample storage space. There is an indoor and outdoor shower room.
The lower floor boasts a completely self contained apartment, which is ideal for larger groups, or to accommodate grandparents, young couples or even teenagers. The apartment is not let separately and is only available in addition to the main house.
It has a comfortable L-shaped open plan lounge, dining and kitchen areas and own private alfresco area. It has very large bedroom with double divan bed, an independent shower room and a comfortable full sized double sofa bed situated in the sitting room. The small kitchen is equipped with electric hob, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. There is a separate Sky Freesat connection in the apartment, so guests can watch TV independently, a Cd player and radio.
Next to the sun terrace and pool, the large covered and glazed Naya gives an addition living space for the whole family to relax and enjoy the awesome views. Guests are welcome to pick lemons off the tree and enjoy home-made lemonade, a G&T or a glass of wine and contemplate the mountain and sea views.
The Costa Blanca has wonderful clear skies and starry nights and sitting on the Naya is a truly wonderful experience as they night time views are very impressive. Alfresco dining can be enjoyed in the shady courtyard or on the terraces or informally on the Naya so there is somewhere to sit comfortably whatever the weather and still enjoy the views .
The house is safe for children as the garden and rear courtyard are totally enclosed. The pool area can be shut off from the garden and house which is an important point to consider if there are young children in the party.Period

The prices are inclusive of casa preparation and departure cleaning, bed sheeting and towels, water and electricity services, gas for the BBQ, pool heating and internet connection. I can accept payments by credit card through my PAYPAL account. The current Paypal charges must be paid in addition to the cost of the holiday and will be met by you.( Example - as on March 2010 charges of 3.4% + £0.20) A 25% deposit is required on booking, with the balance payable 8 weeks prior to departure with a £200 refundable damage deposit.
