Making it ideal for 2 separate families or families with teenage children. The villa has a circular living room, separate dining room and fully fitted kitchen with all appliances. The Applicant must notify any additions or alterations to the booking form in writing. Applicants cancelling a booking up to 8 weeks before departure will lose their deposit. Applicants cancelling a booking less than 8 weeks before departure will be liable for the total cost of their booking. It is your responsibility to ensure that you and those for whom you are booking are in possession of valid passports. * On booking there is a £100 security deposit required, which is returned when the villa is vacated in good condition. * Please enquire as to the rate for weekend visits only
